
These inclusive workshops are designed for college students, faculty, and staff seeking calm and balance amid busy schedules. Each 45-minute to 1-hour session includes gentle, accessible chair yoga, guided meditation, and soothing sound healing to promote relaxation, focus, and well-being. Workshops can accommodate up to 50 participants and may be customized around a theme or campus topic of choice—such as stress and anxiety relief, mindfulness, resilience, or self-care—creating a supportive space for restoration and connection within the college community.
